These terms govern your use of HealthRoleIQ. By using the service, you agree to use it lawfully and understand that career recommendations are informational guidance rather than employment, licensing or immigration guarantees.
What HealthRoleIQ provides
HealthRoleIQ is a career-intelligence and opportunity-discovery platform for healthcare professionals. It helps users find, assess, save and track opportunities. HealthRoleIQ is not the employer for third-party vacancies and is not acting as a recruitment agency unless a future service explicitly states otherwise.
Role IQ and eligibility guidance
Role IQ is based on the information available in your confirmed profile and the vacancy information we can verify. It may contain uncertainty or incomplete employer information. A Strong Apply, Consider, Possible with gaps or Low match classification is not a guarantee of eligibility, interview, employment, professional recognition, visa approval or sponsorship.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for keeping your profile reasonably accurate and for reviewing the original vacancy before applying. Important licensing, immigration, work-authorisation and professional-registration requirements should be confirmed with the employer or relevant authority.
Third-party vacancies and websites
Applications normally continue on the original employer website. HealthRoleIQ does not control third-party websites, hiring decisions, application systems or changes an employer makes after we last verify a vacancy.
Saving and application tracking
Application stages are personal tracking tools. Marking a role as Applied does not submit an application to the employer. You must complete the employer's application process separately unless HealthRoleIQ clearly provides an integrated application feature.
Accounts and acceptable use
You must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with security controls, scrape private user information or use HealthRoleIQ to facilitate unlawful or deceptive activity.
Availability and changes
We may improve, add, remove or modify features and data sources as the service develops. We may also remove vacancies that are closed, misleading, duplicated or cannot be verified.
Plans and free trial
The Plans page describes current features and prices. Prices are provided in USD, except for people who reside in Kenya, who have a KES payment option. Your recorded residence determines the currency available at checkout. A verified account can receive one five-day Career Advance trial, starting on first use of an included AI feature. It includes two complete tailored applications and one Base CV analysis. No card is required and the trial does not create an automatic charge.
Payment, renewal and allowances
Paystack processes payments. Access is activated after payment is verified. Pay-once purchases provide 30 days of access; card auto-renewal is optional and must be selected explicitly. Career Advance includes 20 complete tailored applications and two Base CV analyses per allowance period. A complete tailored application includes the vacancy-specific CV review and cover-letter draft for the same opportunity. Reopening unchanged work does not use another application. Paying ahead can extend access, but does not increase the allowance available in the current period. Your dates and remaining allowance are shown in Plan & billing.
Cancellation, plan changes and payment questions
You can stop auto-renewal in Settings → Plan & billing. Cancellation preserves access already paid for. A downgrade from Career Advance to Career Match takes effect after the paid Advance period ends. Saved documents remain accessible after a trial or plan ends; creating new paid content requires an eligible plan or allowance. For duplicate charges, payment errors or refund requests, contact us with the transaction reference and a brief explanation. Do not send card details. We will review the payment record and respond; these terms do not limit rights available under applicable consumer law.
AI-assisted documents
Application Studio helps present information you provide or approve. Its evidence checks reduce unsupported suggestions but cannot guarantee every output is correct. Review names, dates, qualifications, responsibilities and achievements before downloading or submitting a document. An AI suggestion does not establish that you hold a qualification or meet an employer’s requirements.
Limitations
HealthRoleIQ provides information and software tools on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for an employer's decisions, third-party website failures, missed deadlines caused by external changes or losses resulting from relying on information that an employer later changes.
