Find your fit. Make your experience count.
Understand the opportunity, see what needs checking, and prepare an application you can stand behind.
Start with what you have
Add your experience, qualifications and preferences. A Base CV is optional. Review and approve any extracted suggestions before they affect your matching profile.
Understand the fit
For You provides a personalised shortlist. Browse lets you explore more roles. Review the fit, gaps and original posting before deciding to apply.
Present your evidence
Use Application Studio to tailor a CV or cover letter. Edit and check the draft, then save and download it. Complete the application through the employer’s process.
A fit score, not a hiring probability
Role IQ compares your confirmed profile with the vacancy’s professional, experience, location, licensing and other requirements. A score of 80/100 does not mean an 80% chance of being hired. Known mandatory barriers can override a high score.
What source checks mean
Cards show whether employer and original-posting checks are recorded, and the last check date where available. Checks may be automated; they are not a guarantee that a vacancy remains open or that an employer endorses HealthRoleIQ.
“Not stated” means information is missing—not that there is no restriction. Remote work does not automatically mean applicants from every country are eligible. Confirm the deadline and requirements on the original posting.
Evidence Lock: you stay in control
Suggestions use only information you have provided or approved. Missing evidence is highlighted, not filled with an invented skill, result or qualification. Be sure to review wording, dates, names and achievements before exporting.
Tailoring a document does not change your uploaded Base CV. Saving a role or marking it Applied does not submit an application.
