FAQ

How HealthRoleIQ works

How does the free trial work?

Your five-day Career Advance trial starts when you first use an included AI feature. It includes two complete tailored applications and one Base CV analysis. No card is required and it will not charge you automatically. See Plans for the current offer.

What counts as a complete tailored application?

One application includes a vacancy-specific CV review and cover-letter draft for the same opportunity. Reopening unchanged work does not use another application. A Base CV analysis reads your original CV and has a separate allowance.

How do I cancel, and do I keep my documents?

Open Settings → Plan & billing to stop auto-renewal. You keep the access you have already paid for. Your saved documents remain available after a trial or plan ends; creating new paid content needs an eligible plan or allowance.

I cannot sign in. What should I do?

You can reset your password or request a fresh confirmation email. Check your spam folder too. If you still need help, use Contact.

Is HealthRoleIQ a recruitment agency?

HealthRoleIQ is a career-intelligence and opportunity-discovery platform. Applications normally continue on the original employer website.

What is Role IQ?

Role IQ is a personalised 0–100 profile-to-role fit score. It compares your confirmed career profile with the vacancy’s requirements and practical eligibility factors. A high score means the evidence points to a stronger fit; mandatory barriers can override the numerical score. Role IQ is guidance, not an employer decision or guarantee.

Do you guarantee I am eligible?

No. HealthRoleIQ classifies eligibility from available evidence and clearly marks uncertainty. Employers, regulators and immigration authorities make final decisions.

Why do I not see every job in For You?

For You prioritises roles classified as Strong Apply, Consider, and worthwhile Possible with gaps opportunities. Browse lets you see every currently open verified opportunity in HealthRoleIQ, including low matches.

What do the match labels mean?

Strong Apply means a strong fit with no major known barrier. Consider means the role is credible but something should be checked. Possible with gaps means the role may still be worth exploring despite meaningful gaps or uncertainty. Low match usually indicates a major mismatch or known eligibility barrier.

Will you keep recommending the same job every day?

No. A job is recorded once per user. We can resurface it as a reminder or update, but it will not be presented as new again.

Why are closed jobs missing?

Closed jobs are removed from public feeds. If you previously received or applied to one, it remains in your private history.

Does uploading a CV automatically change my matches?

No. Uploading a CV only stores the file privately. If you choose Analyse CV, HealthRoleIQ can suggest qualifications, experience, skills, certifications, licences and languages found in the CV. You review those suggestions individually, and only the items you approve are added to your profile or allowed to affect Role IQ.
