About the role
Remote global compensation and benefits role based in Bengaluru. Manages and improves regional/global compensation and benefits programs, including benchmarking, job evaluation, salary banding, incentive compensation, market analysis, compliance support and stakeholder advisory. Workday/HRIS experience focused on Core and Advanced Compensation modules is required. Degree-level education or equivalent is required; postgraduate qualification and Certified Compensation Professional certification are preferred.
