About the role
PSI seeks a Site Laboratory Specialist in Buenos Aires for hybrid work. The role supports laboratory activities across site selection, initiation, kit orders, eligibility checks, query resolution, qualification questionnaires, control documents, metrics, communications, enrolment strategies and training. A university or college degree in Life Sciences, full working proficiency in English, and at least four years of clinical laboratory experience are required. Clinical research experience and Portuguese are advantageous.

Job Description
As a Site Laboratory Specialist at PSI, you will be responsible for:
- Reviewing study documents related to laboratory support
- Supporting site selection and site initiation activities with laboratory related matters
- Supporting sites with laboratory kit orders, patient eligibility check, laboratory query resolution, and laboratory qualification questionnaire completion
- Developing and implementing project site specific laboratory control documents and guidelines
- Monitoring laboratory metrics and KPIs on a site level
- Supporting the communication between laboratories, site and PSI project team
- Supporting the development of patient enrolment strategies
- Developing and delivering training to the study team and/or clinical sites in laboratory related procedures and laboratory best practices
Qualifications
- University or college degree in Life Sciences required
- Full working proficiency in English, Portuguese is a plus
- At least 4 years' experience working in a clinical laboratory setting
- Prior clinical research industry experience is a plus
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Attention to detail and organizational skills are critical
- Ability to work in a team setting as well as independently as needed
