About the role
Doctoralia seeks an Account Manager Clínicas in Barcelona to manage a portfolio of 80 clinics, support implementation and tool adoption, resolve incidents with Support, identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities, meet activation, usage, NPS and business-generation targets, and relay customer feedback. More than 2 years managing client portfolios is mandatory. Fluent Spanish is required. Hybrid work requires one office day per week.
