About the role
PSI seeks a Systems Engineer based in Taiwan in a hybrid, full-time role supporting enterprise and specialized applications. Responsibilities include Tier 2–4 support, installations, troubleshooting, user training, software release recommendations, CFR 21 Part 11 validation updates, equipment support, and technical audits. A university or college degree in Computer Science or IT, solid technical background, enterprise systems support experience, SQL query creation, and strong communication and analytical skills are required; several systems-related experiences are advantageous.
