About the role
As the Senior Manager - Brand, you are responsible for shaping the Attain Healthtech brand strategies, and the expression of our brands in the market. You help fuel our growth by building key top-of-funnel metrics, such as awareness and consideration, across our brands and identified customer segments. This role owns the brand communications strategy for Mable and HomeMade, while ensuring the Group brand architecture is adhered to and improved as you find opportunities.
You will lead the brand function within the marketing & communications team, consolidating the brand ecosystem to ensure a cohesive, unified approach across all touchpoints including ATL media, positioning, CVP development, events, brand campaigns and social channels.
This is a fix-term contract.
Key Responsibilities
1.
Own the brand strategy and architecture for Mable and HomeMade, including positioning, brand purpose, creative direction, customer value propositions and media strategy.
Lead integrated brand communications and campaigns, driving awareness, consideration and growth across ATL, digital, social, content, events and partnerships.
Build and strengthen brand leadership, working closely with PR, Product Marketing and Growth teams to establish category leadership and bring the brands to life consistently across all customer touchpoints.
Lead channel strategy and activation, overseeing ATL media, social, industry events and campaigns while continually optimising performance and investment.
Lead and develop the Brand team, providing direction across Social, Brand, Campaigns and Activations, while building strong relationships with creative, media, research and other agency partners.
Drive data-led brand growth, partnering with Data, Performance and Content teams to measure brand health, analyse campaign performance and continuously evolve the brand strategy and investment.
What we're looking for
10+ years of experience in a marketing function, with brand management experience required.
Experience managing multi-million dollar budgets across a group of brands, simultaneously.
Strong brand strategy skills, allowing you to paint the big picture, connect the dots, and craft a strong and engaging story.
Deep understanding of how a brand can be articulated for multiple audiences and in multiple formats, while remaining consistent.
Excellent leadership skills and the ability to build and nurture a team.
A solid track record of managing, measuring and optimising brand and advertising campaigns in TV, radio, print, ad networks, digital video, social media and Google platforms.
A strong understanding of data signals, brand metrics and consumer insights, with a proven track record of turning those into efficient brand strategies and campaigns.
Demonstrated track record of managing a portfolio of brands and building commercial pathways between them.
