Compensation and Benefits Manager (Regional/Global)

About the role

PSI seeks a Compensation and Benefits Manager in Kyiv to implement and improve regional/global compensation and benefits programs. The role covers pay and benefits analysis, benchmarking, job evaluation, salary banding, incentive compensation, global market analysis, budgeting, legal compliance and stakeholder support. Workday/HRIS experience focused on Core and Advanced compensation modules is required. A degree or equivalent is required; postgraduate study and CCP certification are assets.
