About the role
H1 seeks a senior strategic insights professional for a US-remote, full-time role supporting life sciences clients. The position delivers data-driven solutions, bespoke analyses, visualizations, and actionable insights; leads discovery and projects; and collaborates with clients, leadership, engineers, and data scientists. Four-plus years of life sciences experience is required. Clinical trial and expert engagement familiarity is preferred. Compensation is $130,000–$160,000 annually plus restricted stock units.
