Logistics Executive (Supply Chain)

About the role

Dozee seeks a Logistics Executive to manage return tickets, reverse-logistics pickups, faulty-return assessment, repair or replacement coordination, inventory visibility, receiving and reconciliation. The role includes coordinating customers, field teams and logistics partners, maintaining records, preparing operational reports, analysing turnaround times and variances, and recommending corrective actions. Two to five years of relevant operations, logistics, support, returns or repair/replacement-management experience is required.
