About the role
PSI is seeking a Pharmacovigilance Coordinator for a hybrid role in its Tokyo or Osaka office. The position supports global pharmacovigilance and in-country clinical teams, including safety-report receipt and triage, database entry and quality control, safety-query distribution, tracker and documentation maintenance, Japanese literature searches, and investigator communication. A college or university degree is listed, with Biology, Bioscience or Pharmacy preferred, alongside 2–3 years of similar clinical or post-marketing research experience.
