About the role
PSI seeks a Pharmacovigilance Coordinator in Prague to support global pharmacovigilance and in-country clinical care activities. Responsibilities include processing and reporting safety information, safety database entry and quality control, report triage, safety query distribution, tracker and documentation maintenance, and literature searches in a Japanese scientific database. A college or university degree is requested, with Biology, Bioscience, or Pharmacy preferred. English and Japanese proficiency and administrative experience are required; at least one year of clinical-research or similar experience is a plus.
