About the role
Heartbeat Health seeks an experienced Cardiac Sonographer for an onsite contract role in Hastings, Michigan, approximately four days per week on a 1099 basis. The role involves independently performing transthoracic echocardiograms, traveling to multiple client locations, and attending team meetings. Required qualifications include ARDMS or CCI registration, an accredited two-year relevant degree, and at least two years of clinical experience.

- • Accredited 2-year degree (Allied Health/Nursing, or comparable recognized and accredited program in Ultrasound Technology)
- • At least 2 years of relevant experience
- • Required skills: Independently performing complete transthoracic echocardiograms, Following standard echocardiography protocols, Efficient and timely exam performance, Independent patient examination with little direction, Professional teamwork, English proficiency, Customer service and bedside manner
- • Required certification: Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer certification through ARDMS or CCI
