Remote Systems Engineer role supporting enterprise applications and specialized information systems. Responsibilities include Tier 2–4 software support, installations, user training, release monitoring, systems validation, technical audits, and client-provided equipment support. A university or college degree in Computer Science or IT, solid technical experience, SQL query creation, analytical ability, and strong communication skills are required; systems analysis, Jira, Confluence, development, validation, and testing experience are advantageous.
