Compensation and Benefits Manager (Regional/Global)

About the role

Remote Compensation and Benefits Manager role based in Bucharest, responsible for implementing and improving regional and global compensation and benefits programs. Duties include pay and benefits analysis, compensation design, benchmarking, salary surveys, incentive processes, legal compliance support, market research and stakeholder support. Workday/HRIS experience with Core and Advanced compensation modules is required; degree-level education is required, with postgraduate study preferred.
