About the role
Amref Health Africa seeks an ICT Intern/Volunteer in Dar es Salaam to support users, troubleshoot and maintain computer hardware, software and networks, configure ICT equipment, audit equipment, install standard software, and assist with meeting and conference technology under the guidance of the Head of ICT. Applicants must hold a bachelor’s degree in Information Communication Technology or Computer Science and have at least six months’ experience.
Key requirements
- • Bachelor Degree in Information Communication Technology, Computer science, and at least six [6] month working experience.
- • At least 0.5 years of relevant experience
- • Required skills: User support help desk, Technical fault logging, Basic PC hardware, software and network troubleshooting, ICT equipment and network configuration and testing, Computer maintenance, repair and upgrades, Software installation and testing, Virus scanning and software updates, ICT equipment auditing, Meeting, workshop and conference equipment setup
