About the role
Santen seeks a senior Corporate Strategy leader to drive enterprise-wide strategy formulation and execution, including mid-term planning, portfolio strategy, KPI management, resource allocation, governance enhancement and cross-functional decision-making. The role leads executive-level problem solving, global stakeholder alignment and team development. Experience in strategy consulting or corporate strategy/planning, pharmaceutical or life sciences experience, and approximately five or more years of relevant experience are required.
