About the role
PSI seeks an experienced Senior Human Resources Manager for a 12-month maternity cover in a hybrid Seoul role. The position provides strategic and operational HR support, including local compliance, employee relations, policies, benefits, training, recruitment, performance management, payroll coordination, and stakeholder support in an international CRO environment. A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Law, or a related discipline and 8+ years of HR experience are required.
