About the role
Santen is seeking a Kuala Lumpur-based Clinical Applications Manager to lead surgical device training and certification for surgeons and sales teams across Asia. The role requires ophthalmology clinical and surgical expertise, including glaucoma surgery, plus at least three years in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry. Responsibilities include education strategy, KOL engagement, partnerships, clinical protocols, and support for business development and R&D.

- • Medical Doctor or Optometry with Masters in Ophthalmology or Master of Business Administration or equivalent qualification
