About the role
Doctoralia seeks a Bogotá-based Integration Technical Analyst for a hybrid permanent role supporting physician appointment integrations with clinical management systems. The role manages incidents and SLAs, supports partner developers, monitors APIs, maintains integration documentation, trains Customer Success teams, and builds lightweight automations. Requirements include 2–3 years of relevant experience, hands-on REST API knowledge, ticketing-system experience, basic SQL, BI proficiency, and intermediate English (B2).
