About the role
Contract role for Respiratory Therapists or Pulmonary Function Technologists performing pre/post simple spirometry at primary care clinics in Miami. Duties include patient coaching, safety monitoring, grading and uploading results for physician review, equipment maintenance, and protocol compliance. The role is onsite, daytime, and requires local travel within a 45-minute radius, with availability two to five days weekly.

- • Required skills: Experience performing bedside or complete pulmonary function tests, Understanding of possible side effects of albuterol administration, Proficiency in respiratory therapy practices, procedures, and terminology, Ability to perform pre/post simple spirometry testing, Patient preparation and coaching for spirometry, Accurate grading and remote upload of test results, Patient safety monitoring, Equipment maintenance, Following quality and safety protocols, Independent working, Local travel within a 45-minute radius
