About the role
Remote Compensation and Benefits Manager role based in Madrid, Spain, responsible for regional and global compensation and benefits programs. Duties include compensation design, benchmarking, salary and labor market analysis, incentive compensation, budgets, compliance support, and stakeholder advisory. Workday/HRIS experience focused on Core and Advanced compensation modules is required; a degree or equivalent is required, with postgraduate study and Certified Compensation Professional certification preferred or advantageous.

- • Required skills: Interpersonal and stakeholder collaboration skills, Leading benefits and compensation design changes from concept to execution, Benchmarking, Job evaluation, Salary banding, Incentive compensation, Global pay market analysis, Building global compensation plans, Workday/HRIS experience with focus on Core and Advanced compensation modules, Familiarity with labour legislation in the EU and Eastern Europe/Russia and Ukraine
