About the role
Remote Talent Acquisition Specialist role based within the Netherlands on a one-year temporary employment contract, with possible extension. Responsibilities include end-to-end recruitment across Europe, sourcing, screening, ATS maintenance, stakeholder partnership, candidate pipelines, agency collaboration, and recruitment reporting. A bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience is required, along with English and full working proficiency in Dutch.
