About the role
Hybrid business development leadership role based in Shanghai or Beijing, expanding PSI’s Asia Pacific client base in clinical research. Responsibilities include prospecting, account strategy, sales leadership, proposal and pricing coordination, client relationship management, and handoff to project teams. Requires a bachelor’s degree in Health Science or an equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant experience; 5–8 years of sales or business development experience; people management; advanced Salesforce proficiency; fluent English and Mandarin Chinese; and travel.
