About the role
Santen seeks a senior Corporate Strategy leader in Tokyo or Osaka to lead enterprise strategy development and execution, mid-term planning, KPI management, governance and resource-allocation transformation. The role partners with executives and global stakeholders, drives decisions through implementation and results, and builds a professional strategy team. Experience in strategic consulting or corporate strategy, pharmaceutical or life sciences, executive-facing work, and Japanese and English business proficiency is required.
