Clinical Regional Project Lead

About the role

PSI seeks a Clinical Regional Project Lead in Shanghai to coordinate clinical project teams in China, manage timelines and milestones, report progress to clients and global stakeholders, ensure process consistency across regions, and oversee regional teams, vendors, tracking systems and project documentation. The role may include APAC project oversight. Requirements include at least 8 years of site monitoring experience in China and 2 years as a Lead Monitor.

Key requirements

• • MPharm, RN or university/college degree in Life Sciences or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience
• • At least 8 years of relevant experience
• • Required skills: Site monitoring in China, Clinical project timeline, milestone and schedule management, Clinical project status reporting, Supervision of clinical project activities, Leading clinical project teams, Communication, Presentation, Customer service, Team building, Leadership, Organizational skills, Full working proficiency in English and Chinese, MS Office applications, including MS Project
