About the role
Heartbeat Health seeks an experienced Cardiac Sonographer for an onsite contract role in New York City, working approximately two days per week on a 1099 basis and traveling to multiple client locations. The role involves independently performing complete transthoracic echocardiograms. Requirements include ARDMS or CCI registration, an accredited two-year relevant degree, at least two years of clinical experience, and English proficiency.

- • Accredited 2-year degree (Allied Health/Nursing, or comparable recognized and accredited program in Ultrasound Technology)
- • At least 2 years of relevant experience
- • Required skills: Independently performing complete transthoracic echocardiograms, Performing exams efficiently and timely, Following standard protocols for accurate and complete studies, Independent patient examinations with little direction, Teamwork and professional communication, English proficiency
- • Required certification: Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (ARDMS or CCI)
