About the role
H1 seeks a hybrid New York Sr. Product Manager to own its medical affairs and HCP intelligence product, including roadmap, user discovery, data quality, profile coverage, metrics, and cross-functional delivery. Candidates need 5+ years of B2B product management experience and familiarity with medical affairs workflows. SQL or Python, and healthcare or life sciences exposure, are pluses. Compensation is $140,000–$175,000 annually plus equity.
