About the role
Santen seeks an Associate Manager in Osaka to lead regulatory submissions and lifecycle management for assigned products across Asian markets excluding China and Japan. The role coordinates regulatory inquiries, compliance, regulatory trend assessment, cross-functional stakeholders and external partners, while improving regulatory processes. A life sciences bachelor’s degree or higher, at least five years of regulatory affairs experience, Asia regulatory knowledge, submission and lifecycle experience, project and stakeholder management, and business-level English are required.

- 担当製品について、アジア地域(現時点で中国・日本を除く)における高品質な薬事申請資料(CMC、非臨床、臨床を含む)の作成および提出をリードする
- 当局からの照会事項への対応を取りまとめ、新規申請、更新、変更申請における迅速な承認取得を推進する
- 担当市場における製品ライフサイクル全体を通じて、規制要件の管理およびコンプライアンスの確保を行う
- 各国・地域における規制動向をモニタリング・評価し、適切な対応策を提案する
- 複数製品・複数市場にまたがる規制活動を統括する中核的な薬事コーディネーターとして機能する
- 社内関係部門、海外拠点、外部パートナーと連携し、効果的な薬事業務の推進を図る
- 薬事プロセスの継続的改善に貢献するとともに、関係者への薬事的な助言・指導を行う
資格
- 生命科学分野(薬学、化学等)での学士号以上
- 薬事業務における実務経験5年以上
- アジア地域における規制要件および申請プロセスに関する理解
- 薬事申請およびライフサイクルマネジメント業務の経験
- 複数業務を管理しながら主体的に業務推進できる、優れたプロジェクトマネジメント能力
- 高いコミュニケーション能力およびステークホルダーマネジメント能力(クロスファンクショナルな協働経験を含む)
- グローバルな業務遂行に必要なビジネスレベルの英語力(読み書き・会話)
