Role Objectives:
The Human Resources Intern will provide essential administrative support to the HR team, with a focus on HR systems, data management, and reporting. This role will assist with maintaining data accuracy, supporting process documentation, and contributing to the continuous improvement of HR operations. The intern will collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to support system-related activities, while gaining hands-on experience across various HR functions.

What You'll Do:
Support the project lead in the implementation of a new Human Capital Management (HCM) system by collaborating with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to gather, organize, and validate employee data for migration.
Assist in mapping and documenting existing HR workflows and processes to inform system configuration and automation opportunities.
Participate in system testing, end-user feedback collection, and training sessions to support a smooth transition to the new platform.
Help track project milestones and update documentation to reflect progress and lessons learned throughout the implementation.
Help maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in compliance with organizational policies and legal requirements.
Contribute to planning and delivering employee onboarding, training sessions, and professional development initiatives.
Support employee engagement efforts, internal communication, and logistics for team events or HR-sponsored programs.
Assist with routine audits of HR processes and personnel files, identifying areas for process improvement and policy alignment.
Contribute to office operations and productivity initiatives that enhance team collaboration and operational efficiency.
What You'll Need:
Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Basic knowledge of IT systems and troubleshooting.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High level of discretion and confidentiality.
Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges.
