Clinical Lead Project Manager

About the role

Remote or hybrid Clinical Lead Project Manager role managing global, multicenter clinical research projects from startup through closure. Responsibilities include delivery within timelines, budget and quality standards; multifunctional team leadership; mentoring; client liaison; bid defenses; proposals; presentations; and procedural compliance. Recent project management or equivalent clinical research experience is required. Oncology, GI/IBD, ulcerative colitis, Crohn’s disease, and Phase II/III experience are preferred.

Key requirements

• • BSc or MSc in Life Sciences (or similar) or an equivalent combination of education, training & experience
• • Required skills: Recent clinical research experience as a project manager or equivalent, Global or regional clinical project management, Management of all project services from study startup to closure, Leadership and management of multifunctional project teams, Training, mentoring and coaching, Client and stakeholder relationship management, Communication skills, Negotiation, Team building, Resource allocation, Organizational skills
