About the role
Remote, full-time recruiter role based within Austria on a one-year employment contract, potentially extendable depending on business needs. The role covers end-to-end recruitment across Europe, including sourcing, screening, interviews, ATS maintenance, candidate pipelines, stakeholder partnership, agency collaboration, and reporting. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience is requested. Fluent English and full working proficiency in German are required. Salary starts at EUR 50,000 gross annually.
