Senior Clinical Product Lead

About the role

Docplanner seeks a doctor with meaningful medical practice experience and hands-on experience building and shipping digital health, clinical software or AI products. The role is 100% remote within Poland or Spain, partnering across product, AI, design, engineering and regulatory teams to shape clinical products, define quality and safety standards, direct evaluations, and align EU MDR-related controls.

Key requirements

• • A medical degree and meaningful experience practising medicine, with a strong understanding of clinicians' day-to-day work. Active licensure and current clinical practice are not required, although recent or ongoing practice is valuable.
• • Required skills: Medical expertise and meaningful experience practising medicine, Experience building and shipping a digital health, clinical software or AI product, Translating clinical problems into product decisions, Clinical quality and safety judgment, Doctor and clinician engagement, Cross-functional communication across clinical, product, technical, regulatory and leadership teams, Generative AI literacy
