About the role
PSI seeks a Systems Engineer based in Taiwan to support enterprise applications and specialized systems in a hybrid, full-time role. Duties include Tier 2–4 support, installations, user training, software release monitoring, CFR 21 Part 11 validation updates, technical audits, troubleshooting, and SQL queries. A university or college degree in Computer Science or IT is required; systems analysis, validation, development, testing, and Jira Service Desk/Confluence experience are advantages.
