About the role
Remote talent acquisition role within the Netherlands on a one-year contract, potentially extendable. Responsible for end-to-end recruitment across Europe, including advertising, sourcing, screening, interviews, ATS administration, pipeline development, stakeholder partnership, candidate experience, metrics, and agency collaboration. Requires relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, training, and experience, recruitment experience, English and Dutch proficiency, and authorization to work in the Netherlands.
