About the role
Belgrade-based Legal Counsel supporting a global clinical research organization. The role covers clinical trial, pharmaceutical sponsor, employment and business contract drafting and negotiation, legal research, compliance, data protection, risk assessment, and legislative monitoring across jurisdictions. A Serbian law degree and at least five years’ legal experience, including two years in a pharmaceutical, hospital, SMO, or CRO environment, are required. English at C1 level is required.

- • Law degree from a recognized university in Serbia (international studies such as master degree is a bonus)
- • At least 5 years of relevant experience
- • Required skills: Legal research and due diligence, Contract drafting and negotiation across jurisdictions, Clinical trial contract negotiation, Knowledge of pharmaceutical and clinical research regulations, Knowledge of data protection laws, Legal risk assessment, Cross-functional collaboration in multicultural environments, International business operations support, Advanced MS Word and PDF document formatting
