About the role
Lead product design for practice-management software used by clinics and doctors. The role is an individual contributor position involving product discovery, information-dense UI and UX, AI-assisted prototyping, experimentation, user research, metrics, and cross-functional collaboration. The designer will set direction across teams, coach other designers, and develop reusable patterns. Remote or hybrid work is available in Poland, with a Warsaw hub.
