About the role
Permanent, full-time Associate Legal Counsel role based in PSI’s Tokyo or Osaka office. The position focuses on reviewing, drafting and negotiating clinical research contracts with medical institutions, suppliers and business partners, while providing legal advice, supporting compliance, researching legal issues and assisting with local and regional matters. A university degree in Law, commercial legal practice experience, Japanese and English fluency, and strong negotiation and organizational skills are required.
