About the role
PSI seeks a Therapeutic Area (Associate) Director in Shanghai to provide oncology therapeutic oversight, support clinical strategy and study activities, mentor teams, contribute to business development and bid defenses, and maintain stakeholder and specialist relationships. The role requires at least 10 years of clinical research experience in a CRO or pharmaceutical environment, an MD or Pharmacy background specific to Oncology, China-to-overseas development experience, client-facing travel in China, and business-level English.
