About the role
Hybrid business development leadership role based in Shanghai or Beijing, expanding PSI’s Asia Pacific client base. Responsibilities include prospecting, account strategy, sales leadership, proposal and pricing coordination, contract follow-up, client satisfaction, and hand-off to project teams. Requires a bachelor’s degree in Health Science or an equivalent education, training, and relevant-experience combination; 5–8 years in sales or business development; people management; advanced Salesforce proficiency; and fluent English and Mandarin Chinese.
