About the role
Remote Systems Engineer role based in Latvia supporting enterprise and specialized applications, including Tier 2–4 support, installations, user training, software release monitoring, CFR 21 Part 11 validation updates, technical audits, SQL queries, and testing. A University or College degree in Computer Science or IT is required. Systems analysis, development, validation, Jira Service Management, Confluence, and testing experience are advantageous.
