About the role
PSI seeks a Talent Acquisition Specialist for a one-year full-time contract in Austria, with potential extension depending on business needs. The role is remote and covers end-to-end recruitment across Europe, including sourcing, screening, stakeholder partnership, ATS maintenance, candidate pipelines, reporting, and agency collaboration. Applicants must be legally based and authorized to work in Austria, fluent in English, and fully proficient in German. Salary starts at EUR 50,000 gross annually.
