About the role
Remote role based in Bucharest, Romania, leading country expansion for clinical research operations. Responsibilities include developing the expansion strategy, building investigator and site networks, establishing sponsor and CRO relationships, overseeing clinical trial delivery, and recruiting and leading a local team. Requires a bachelor's degree in a specified field, 8–12+ years of clinical research experience, CRO/SMO/sponsor leadership experience, and English plus the local language.
