About the role
PSI seeks a Talent Acquisition Specialist for a one-year temporary contract, working remotely within the Netherlands. The role delivers end-to-end recruitment across Europe, including sourcing, screening, interviews, ATS maintenance, candidate pipelines, stakeholder partnership, agency collaboration and recruitment reporting. A bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training and experience is requested. Applicants must be legally based and authorized to work in the Netherlands; English and Dutch proficiency are required.
