About the role
Heartbeat Health seeks an experienced Cardiac Sonographer for onsite transthoracic echocardiograms in Cleveland/Akron, Ohio. The role is approximately 4–5 days per week on a 1099 contractor basis and involves travel among multiple client locations. Applicants must hold RDCS credentials through ARDMS or CCI, have an accredited two-year relevant degree, at least two years of clinical experience, and English proficiency.
Key requirements
- • Accredited 2-year degree (Allied Health/Nursing, or comparable recognized and accredited program in Ultrasound Technology)
- • At least 2 years of relevant experience
- • Required skills: Independently performing complete transthoracic echocardiograms, Performing exams efficiently and timely, Following standard protocols for accurate and complete studies, Independent patient examination with little direction, Teamwork, Patient customer service and bedside manner, Travel to multiple onsite locations
- • Required certification: Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (ARDMS or CCI)
