About the role
Aga Khan University Hospital seeks an Associate in Karachi to manage patient complaints and feedback, investigate adverse events, review medical records, support and lead Root Cause Analysis activities, prepare reports, and educate staff on reporting and risk mitigation. A medical or nursing graduate and at least three years of relevant healthcare, patient experience, quality assurance, or risk management experience are required. An MBA in Healthcare Management is preferred.
