The role delivers end-to-end recruitment across Europe for clinical trial operations, including sourcing, screening, interviews, ATS maintenance, candidate pipelines, stakeholder partnership, agency collaboration, and recruitment reporting. A bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience is accepted. Fluent English and full working proficiency in German are required.
