About the role
Contract respiratory care role serving primary care clinics in Columbia, Myrtle Beach, and Upstate/Greenville, South Carolina. The position performs pre/post simple spirometry, coaches patients, monitors safety, maintains equipment, and uploads results for physician review. Daytime weekday scheduling is available, with local travel within a 45-minute radius and work available two to five days per week.

- • Must have experience performing bedside or complete PFTs and understanding possible side effects of albuterol administration
- • Required skills: Experience performing bedside or complete pulmonary function tests, Understanding possible side effects of albuterol administration, Proficiency in respiratory therapy practices, procedures, and terminology, Performing pre/post simple spirometry testing, Patient preparation and coaching during testing, Grading testing efforts and uploading results remotely for physician review, Monitoring patient safety during procedures, Maintaining testing equipment, Following quality and safety protocols, Independent work and local travel within a 45-minute radius
